SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship items out as soon as possible. Most orders will ship within 24 hours for orders placed Monday-Thursday. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at1karate.expert@gmail.com with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

1Karate does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

 

 

 

 

 

RETURN POLICIES

These are the 1Karate.expert ("1Karate", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the 1Karate.expert website.

  • All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product.

  • Products acceptable for return need to be in like new condition and can be returned or exchanged with prior approval

  • The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer

  • Upon receipt of returned product 1Karate will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus (if applicable) any shipping and handling fees.

     

    These items are not returnable:

    • Any product that is without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product

    • Any product from which the tags have been removed

    • Any product that exhibits physical damage from usage

 

  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:

    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product

    •  

       

      We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color)
